Reservations for condo rentals can be made a number of different ways. One way, if you like dealing direct with an owner and avoiding "booking fees and admin fees", is to deal with Tony & Elizabeth Hobbs. The Hobbs' are Indigo's premier "direct by owner" source, offering four 2 bedroom condos, as well as being able to refer guests to other owner rentals, including 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units. The Hobbs use the brand name "Hobbs Hospitality" and you can find available condos and prices at HobbsHospitality.com
Yes, the Association requires a minimum rental period of 7 nights. Most Indigo units use Saturdays as changeover days.
Unfortunately, rental guests are not allowed to bring pets on the property.
Yes, in certain situations beach service is included. At least four condos at Indigo come with complimentary beach chair service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) for every day of your stay. This is an approximate $200 value. To receive your beach chair set included at no extra cost, request to book on this website or at HobbsHospitality.com. Other rentals "may possibly" come with complimentary beach chair service, but they are likely hard to find on a consistent basis.
Yes, rental guests routinely have groceries, prepared food (like pizzas), cribs, and other items delivered. We highly recommend that you time your grocery deliveries to fall OUTSIDE the popular arrival time window of 3 pm - 7 pm on Saturdays. If your items are being delivered to your condo door, please provide detailed instructions to the delivery person. Make it clear that the East Building is on the left and the West Building is on the right. It is always best that deliveries park in the lower parking lots (outside) and make use of the shopping carts or flat carts (located in the garages) to transport deliveries via the elevator access points in the garage. Please make sure your deliveries are made in this fashion, and that the elevator letters (A, B, C, D or E) are provided to the vendor. One exception for deliveries is that pizza deliveries, or other "fast" deliveries from vendors very familiar with the Indigo property, and those can use the lobby level access.
The Indigo elevators are now designated with the letters "A, B, C, D and E". The East Building has elevators "A, B and C". The "A" elevator is used to access the 3 and 4 bedroom units ending in "01" or "02". The "B" elevator is used for all 2 bedroom units (which all end in either "03" or "04"). The "C" elevator is used for the 3 and 4 bedroom units ending in "05" or "06". The West Building has elevators "D" and "E". The "D" elevator serves the 3 and 4 bedroom units ending in "01" or "02". The "E" elevator serves the 3 and 4 bedroom units ending in "03" or "04". Arriving owners and guests can onboard the elevators at either the garage level or the lobby level. All unloading is done at the garage level, where flat carts shopping carts and bellhop style carts are provided.
There are a total of 177 residential condos at Indigo, sharing an expansive 500 feet of private beachfront. Only 52% (approximately) of these units are offered as rentals, with the others being used personally by their owners, either as a full-time home, or as private vacation homes. The East Building has 106 total residential condos, of which there are 34 two bedroom sizes, 52 three bedroom sizes and 16 four bedroom units, plus 4 Penthouses with multiple bedrooms. The West Building has 71 total residential condos, of which there are 36 three bedroom units and 32 four bedroom units, plus 3 Penthouses with multiple bedrooms. Between both buildings, there are 34 two bedroom units, 104 three bedroom units and 32 four bedroom units (plus the 7 Penthouses).
Regardless of condo size, each condo at Indigo comes with 2 parking passes guaranteed year-round. During non-peak times of year, each condo can be issued an unlimited (within reason) number of additional passes. The first two parking passes are (1) BLUE COLOR PASS (for garage OR outside surface parking) and (2) RED COLOR PASS (for outside surface parking ONLY). Any extra parking passes (issued during non-peak times) are WHITE COLOR and may only be used for outside surface parking.
