Beach Colony is located next door (to the east) to Indigo.  Beach Colony has 3 towers and is a popular destination.  Unlike Indigo, Beach Colony allows stays less than 7 days, so there is likely to be more "turnover" activity during the course of a week.

Palacio is located immediately next door (west) to Indigo, and allows stays less than 7 days.  Many guests with experience at Indigo and at Palacio note that Indigo's cleanliness, staffing and general feel is preferred.  

Perdido Sun is a long-time favorite in Perdido Key for those wanting a basic beach condo complex with a very laid back atmosphere.  Perdido Sun has 1 BR, 2 BR and larger units.

Perdido Skye is a basic gulf front condo complex that can offer guests a gulf front beach vacation experience at perhaps lower end rates.  Offerings include 1 BR and 2 BR units.

Ocean Breeze has two buildings, located approximately one mile from one another.  The West Building has 150 feet of beach front and many say it is preferred over the East Building for various reasons.  The West Building is approximately 2000 feet from the impressive 2 mile long State Park, making for great long walks along the beach with few people around.  Ocean Breeze is comprised of 2 BR units and 3 BR units.  All are direct gulf front.  PerdidoDream.com is a great website for renting a 2 BR well-managed and well-appointed condo.

Mirabella is primarily a non-rental building.  While you might be able to find a rental opportunity at Mirabella, we do not know of any.

Windemere is a large complex with condos ranging is size from 1 BR to 4 BR layouts.  Unique aspects include a 3rd floor level pool and hot tub, overlooking the gulf.

Portico does not offer short-term rentals.  Portico is among the most upscale private residential condominiums along the Florida/Alabama coastline.

Built in the 1980's, Eden's signature look features a cascading design with many units having expansive balconies with lush plantings.  Eden is one of the few condos in Perdido Key that has on-site rentals.  On-site rentals have pros and cons.  The pro part is that it makes it convenient to simply show up at the complex without checking in through outside companies.  Many of the current guests at Indigo have previously stayed at Eden.

Sea Spray has condos overlooking the gulf and also condos on the "river" side.  All is salt water.  Sea Spray has on-site management and offer a good experience to vacationers.

Featuring one of the most expansive beachfronts in Perdido Key, Spanish Key is a popular vacation destination offering low-density.  Spanish Key is a gated community well known for lush and well maintained landscaping.
